# State of EU-China relations

## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report addresses the state of EU-China relations. Amendments revise recitals on the EU-China strategic partnership and summits, trade ties, the Paris Agreement and climate cooperation, human rights, China's strategic infrastructure investments and influence over European decision-makers, media and academics, the 16+1 format with Central and Eastern European countries, and the Belt and Road Initiative.
