## What the amendments focus on

The dossier addresses the public procurement strategy package. Amendments stress procurement's economic weight, the lack of reciprocity in access to third-country markets and protectionist barriers, the needs of SMEs, social, environmental and labour criteria, ILO Convention 94 and the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, e-procurement and digitalisation, transparency and anti-corruption, and Green Public Procurement.
