## What the amendments focus on

Budgetary dossier on the 2019 budget guidelines, Section III - Commission. The amendments address negotiations on the 2019 Union budget running in parallel with the next Multiannual Financial Framework and the reform of EU own resources, the impact of Brexit, populist and extremist movements and information about the EU budget, investment stimulated by EFSI, and austerity policies and citizens' mistrust of the EU.
