## What the amendments focus on

A legislative dossier on exposures in the form of covered bonds. The amendments concern preferential capital treatment under Regulation (EU) No 575/2013, credit quality steps and exposure limits to credit institutions, a minimum level of overcollateralisation and its public disclosure, extendable maturity structures, cover pool and substitution assets, and cross-references to the accompanying covered bonds Directive.
