## What the amendments focus on

A legislative proposal on cross-border distribution of collective investment funds, covering marketing and regulatory fees. Amendments require marketing communications for AIFs and UCITS to be identifiable, fair and not misleading, set out proportionate fees and charges by competent authorities, expand ESMA's role and databases, address the PRIIPs Key Information Document and UCITS KIID, reverse solicitation, and notification and verification of marketing communications.
