## What the amendments focus on

Legislative proposal to establish the European Labour Authority. Amendments debate the Authority's name, mandate and structure, proposing it cooperate with agencies such as Eurofound, Cedefop, EU-OSHA and the ETF to avoid duplication, support workers in cross-border labour mobility and concerted or joint inspections, set up a Management Board and a Stakeholder Group with social partners, and accede to OLAF anti-fraud arrangements; some reject the proposal.
