# European maritime single window environment

## What the amendments focus on

This proposal would establish a European maritime single window environment. Amendments revise recitals and articles on harmonising reporting obligations for ships through National Single Windows and a common EMSWe data set, on technologically neutral, harmonised reporting interfaces, and on delegated and implementing acts for the Commission. Others would add data on seafarers' and dock workers' working conditions, health and safety, fumigation gases and dangerous substances.
