## What the amendments focus on

This dossier is a regulation promoting the use of SME growth markets. Amendments, set against the Capital Markets Union and Directive 2014/65/EU, reduce compliance costs for SME growth-market issuers while maintaining investor protection, address liquidity contracts, delayed disclosure of inside information and insider lists under Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, raise SME thresholds, and add review clauses on the MiFID II/MiFIR framework and its effect on SME financing.
