## What the amendments focus on

This codecision file establishes the Rights and Values programme 2021-2027. Amendments rework the programme's objectives and strands around protecting rights and values in the Treaties, supporting civil society organisations and local and regional authorities, citizens' engagement and participation, and gender equality and gender mainstreaming, including anti-discrimination, combating violence against children, young people and women, financial envelope shares per strand, indicators disaggregated by sex and age, and delegated acts.
