## What the amendments focus on

A regulation establishing the Asylum and Migration Fund for 2021-2027. Amendments to the recitals frame the Fund around resettlement, transfer of applicants for international protection between Member States, integration of third-country nationals, legal and safe pathways replacing smuggling and trafficking, and compliance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the principle of non-refoulement, with several recitals marked deleted.
