## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns cyber defence. Amendments revise citations and recitals on cyber and hybrid threats and attacks, the civil and military dimensions of cyber defence, cyberspace as an operational domain, Member States' cyber commands, resilience of armed forces and critical infrastructure, the mutual defence clause, EU-NATO cooperation, data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation, and the lack of an agreed EU-level definition of cyber defence.
