## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report concerns specific measures for Greece under Regulation (EU) 2015/1839. The amendments address cohesion policy as an investment and solidarity instrument, the economic and financial crisis and austerity in Greece, the refugee and migratory pressure, support from the ERDF and Cohesion Fund, additional pre-financing and a ring-fenced account, absorption rates and completion of projects from earlier programming periods, and the effectiveness and quality of investments.
