## What the amendments focus on

The dossier is an annual report on competition policy. The amendments address state aid, competition and a level playing field in trade and investment agreements, public procurement access vis-a-vis third countries including the US and China, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy instruments, foreign direct investment screening, support for SMEs, and tax avoidance, evasion and preferential regimes that distort competition.
