## What the amendments focus on

This is an implementation report on the trade pillar of the Association Agreement with Central America. Amendments review the Agreement's three pillars of political dialogue, cooperation and trade and the imbalance from non-ratification, assessing trade flows, tariff rate quotas, preference utilisation and exchanged products. They stress promotion of democracy, human rights and the rule of law, the situation in Nicaragua, sustainable development, climate change, monocultures and investment.
