## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on the implementation of the Treaty provisions concerning enhanced cooperation. Amendments examine the European Public Prosecutor's Office under Article 86 TFEU and its 22 participating Member States, the unanimity requirement and the Article 333 TFEU passerelle clause to qualified majority voting, Parliament's role and consent, and enhanced cooperation in foreign and security policy and matrimonial property regimes.
