# 2018 Commission report on Turkey

## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report is the 2018 Commission report on Turkey. The amendments add citations to prior resolutions and to the Armenian Genocide centenary, and address the lifting of the state of emergency after the 2016 coup attempt, the rule of law and human rights, accession and Copenhagen criteria, the Customs Union, relations with Cyprus and Member States, cancelled passports, and EU-Turkey relations.
