# Building EU capacity on conflict prevention and mediation

## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report concerns building EU capacity on conflict prevention and mediation. The amendments are largely boilerplate citations to the UN Charter, OSCE Helsinki Final Act and UN Security Council resolutions on women, peace and security and on youth, peace and security, and revise recitals on the EU's role in peacebuilding, early warning, preventive diplomacy and conflict prevention.
