## What the amendments focus on

A discharge decision on the implementation of the 2017 budget of the SESAR Joint Undertaking. The amendments postpone discharge to the Executive Director and address the Union contribution and Eurocontrol funding under Horizon 2020, four funding frameworks and legal complexity, the leverage effect, external audits and a conflict of interest, the Court's special report on the Single European Sky, delays in the ATM Master Plan, and drones in European airspace.
