## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative recommendation on an Institutional Framework Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation. The amendments describe the bilateral agreements underpinning EU-Switzerland relations, Switzerland's participation in the single market, the free movement of persons and Swiss 'flanking measures', cooperation in Schengen, asylum, foreign and security policy, research and other programmes, and urge conclusion of the framework agreement.
