## What the amendments focus on

A resolution on a European Year of Greener Cities 2020. The amendments centre on green infrastructure and the ecosystem services it provides in urban areas, the share of population living in cities, tackling air pollution and health impacts, climate change and extreme weather, CO2 reduction, building energy efficiency, permeable pavements and water retention, ecological corridors and biodiversity including pollinators, and sustainable public transport, referencing the Paris Agreement.
