## What the amendments focus on

This resolution concerns enabling the digital transformation of health and care. Amendments revise recitals on ageing societies and chronic diseases, digital and mobile health solutions, remote diagnosis and electronic health records, the cross-border availability and protection of health data under the General Data Protection Regulation, patient-centred and inclusive design, patients' rights, and Member State responsibility for health systems within the Digital Single Market.
