## What the amendments focus on

This is a recommendation on the Western Balkans following the 2020 summit. The amendments address EU accession talks and the Commission's enlargement methodology, Stabilisation and Association Agreements, trade relations and surpluses, the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance, rule of law and anti-corruption reforms, WTO membership for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, foreign direct investment, the energy sector and climate objectives, and the Berlin Process and CEFTA.
