## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative annual report on control of the financial activities of the European Investment Bank for 2019. The amendments address the EIB's role in cohesion and regional development, alignment with the Paris Agreement and the European Green Deal, a new tax policy and anti-tax-avoidance toolbox, its complaints and exclusion mechanisms, the COVID-19 response, InvestEU and EFSI, and gender equality.
