## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns the direction of EU-Russia political relations. Amendments add references and recitals on Russia and the Putin regime, restrictive measures, the Minsk Agreements, the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, and the Council of Europe and OSCE; they address external interference, occupied territories and frozen conflicts in Moldova and Georgia, political prisoners, media control, treatment of the LGBTI+ community, and passportization.
