## What the amendments focus on

The dossier concerns the persecution of minorities on the grounds of belief or religion. Amendments cite resolutions and conventions on freedom of thought, conscience and religion, reference the Uyghurs in China, blasphemy laws in Pakistan and the Sakharov Prize, and describe discrimination and persecution by governments and other groups including killings, arbitrary arrest, forced conversion and forced marriage.
