## What the amendments focus on

Own-initiative report on the 2021 Commission Report on Montenegro. The amendments add citations to EU-Western Balkans summit declarations and Court of Auditors and Venice Commission opinions, and revise paragraphs on the accession process and negotiating chapters 23 and 24, the rule of law, political polarisation, the vote of no confidence and formation of a new government, pre-accession assistance under IPA, and Russian interference and disinformation following the aggression against Ukraine.
