## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns a regulation on fluorinated gases. The amendments revise recitals and provisions on phasing down hydrofluorocarbons under the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol, bans on placing equipment such as refrigeration and air-conditioning on the market, quota pricing, recovery and leakage prevention, sulfuryl fluoride, PFAS, metered dose inhalers, penalties and access to justice; one text rejects the Commission proposal.
