## What the amendments focus on

Legislative dossier establishing the European Health Data Space (EHDS) to govern access to and control over personal electronic health data for healthcare and for secondary use. Amendments revise rules on interoperability of electronic health records, the role of digital health authorities and health data access bodies, pseudonymisation, data permits, fees and penalties, and the rights of natural persons including opt-out, rectification and selective sharing.
