## What the amendments focus on

A decision on the full application of the provisions of the Schengen acquis in the Republic of Croatia. Amendments include rejection of the draft Council decision and address reports of violence and pushbacks against migrants at Croatia's external borders, alleged ill-treatment and torture, European Court of Human Rights judgments, reports by the Committee for the Prevention of Torture, the lack of an independent border monitoring mechanism, and EU emergency funding.
