## What the amendments focus on

An own-initiative annual report on the implementation of the common foreign and security policy. The amendments propose wider qualified-majority voting and the passerelle clause under the CFSP, Treaty changes, strategic sovereignty, a strengthened High Representative/Vice-President role, cooperation with NATO and partners including the US, UK and Canada, countering foreign interference and hybrid threats, enlargement and sanctions, referencing Russia's war against Ukraine.
