## What the amendments focus on

This dossier sets out the European Parliament's proposals for amending the Treaties. Amendments engage with the proposals of the Conference on the Future of Europe, debating shared competences in education (citizenship education, digital skills, media and information literacy, language learning), common minimum standards, academic freedom and media independence, and disagree over whether the recommendations require Treaty changes.
