## What the amendments focus on

A resolution on the 2022 Rule of Law Report and the rule of law situation in the European Union. The amendments, many deletions, revise recitals citing Article 2 and Article 5(3) TEU, the Charter, GRECO evaluation rounds on Austria and the Netherlands, the case of former chancellor Sebastian Kurz, the Conference on the Future of Europe, the Conditionality Regulation and Hungary, and the disclosure of COVID-19 vaccine procurement contracts.
