## What the amendments focus on

The dossier establishes a framework for financial data access. The amendments tighten conditions for data users and data holders, customer permission, withdrawal and deletion of customer data, exclude gatekeepers designated under the Digital Markets Act, restrict use for advertising, address data protection, technical interfaces, and the scope relative to open banking and insurance data.
