## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns macro-financial assistance to Egypt. The amendments reference the EU-Egypt Association Agreement and Partnership Priorities, a financial package of EUR 7.4 billion including assistance of up to EUR 5 billion, Egypt's macro-fiscal situation, an IMF programme, and the repercussions of Russia's war on Ukraine and Hamas attacks on Israel.
