## What the amendments focus on

Legislative proposal (Omnibus II) to increase the efficiency of the EU guarantee under the InvestEU Regulation and simplify reporting requirements. Amendments address the Union's financing needs and the Draghi report's investment estimates, the InvestEU Fund and its implementing partners including the EIB and EIF, reducing reporting on key performance and monitoring indicators, the definition of SMEs, a housing crisis, and prioritising digital, transport and energy infrastructure.
