## What the amendments focus on

This dossier concerns non-financial commercial real estate statistics. The amendments address the relevance of real estate statistics for economic, monetary and macroprudential policy and systemic risk, indicators recommended by the ESRB such as price, rental and rental-yield indices, vacancy rates and construction starts, access to administrative and privately held data by the Commission (Eurostat) and national statistical institutes, derogations for Member States, transmission frequency and NUTS levels, and amendment through the ordinary legislative procedure.
