## What the amendments focus on

Report on the EU's Multiannual Financial Framework and its development cooperation and official development assistance. The amendments address aid and development effectiveness principles, cuts to the financial envelope for Sub-Saharan Africa, the dismantling of USAID and reduced donor funding, the 0.7% ODA target relative to gross national income, flexibility versus democratic oversight, civil society organisations, humanitarian assistance, and alternative proposed MFF levels as a share of GNI.
