## What the amendments focus on

The dossier is an own-initiative report on the institutional aspects of the Report on the future of European Competitiveness (Draghi Report). The amendments address the report's diagnosis of EU productivity and the GDP gap with the United States, the innovation gap, decarbonisation, security and dependencies, additional annual investment needs, the EU budget and common investment, the capital markets union, the Competitiveness Compass, subsidiarity, qualified majority voting, and enlargement.
