## What the amendments focus on

This own-initiative report covers the 2023 and 2024 Commission reports on Kosovo. The amendments add citations to Western Balkans summit declarations and the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, and contest Kosovo's accession—citing non-recognition by five Member States, the Brussels and Ohrid agreements, normalisation of relations with Serbia, EULEX, IPA pre-accession funding, foreign interference, and divergent positions ranging from firm opposition to commendation of Kosovo's European path.
