EP Rules of Procedure, Rule 29: formation of political groups

Amendments to Rule 29 of the European Parliament's Rules of Procedure on the formation of political groups. The amendments address situations where a group falls below the required threshold of thirty members, allowing continued existence with the agreement of the Conference of Presidents or setting a three-month period before operation ceases unless the threshold is restored.
