Summary
This dossier concerns the internal market in natural gas under the third energy package. The amendments deal with non-discriminatory access tariffs for transportation, unbundling of transmission system operators from vertically integrated undertakings, powers and sanctions of national regulatory authorities, network development plans and investment, exemptions for industrial sites and new infrastructure, and European solidarity for secure gas supply.
