The dossier concerns the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) and the Office within the Telecoms Package. Amendments delete numerous provisions and address the Authority's tasks under the Framework and Specific Directives, opinions to the Commission and Parliament, market analysis with national regulatory authorities, common pan-European approaches to services, cooperation with the Radio Spectrum Policy Group, and liaison with the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA).
