Executive Agencies: standard financial regulation

This dossier concerns the standard financial regulation for executive agencies. The amendments provide for transmitting the budget and amending budgets to the budgetary authority, the Court of Auditors and the Commission and publishing them, and revise the discharge procedure whereby the European Parliament, on a recommendation from the Council, gives discharge to the director in respect of the administrative budget.
