Trade and economic relations with the countries of South East Asia (ASEAN)

This own-initiative report concerns trade and economic relations with the countries of South East Asia (ASEAN). The amendments address the EU-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, its consistency with WTO rules and the Doha Development Round, tariff reductions, a sustainable development chapter with binding social and environmental clauses and core ILO conventions, intellectual property rights and geographical indications, public procurement, and protection of forests and indigenous communities.
