Company law: publication and translation obligations of certain types of companies

The dossier concerns publication and translation obligations of certain types of companies. The amendments require Member States to make mandatory a central electronic platform giving cost-effective access to company information, ensure companies are not charged a specific fee for publication beyond a single fee, allow Member States under subsidiarity to keep other forms of publication, and address passing on platform set-up and operating costs.
