Summary
This dossier concerns the common agricultural policy single common market organisation. The amendments revise provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 on milk quotas and their phasing-out, super-levy and a dairy restructuring fund, aid for cream, butter and concentrated butter and for non-profit institutions, the EUR 22.25-per-tonne potato-starch premium, sugar quotas and temporary state aid, export refunds, producer and interbranch organisations, and national quota tables by Member State.
