Authorisation to ratify the Work in Fishing Convention, 2007, of the International Labour Organisation (Convention 188)

This concerns authorisation to ratify the International Labour Organisation's Work in Fishing Convention, 2007 (Convention 188). The two amendments note that some provisions fall within Community competence on the coordination of social security schemes while others allow national legislation, and call on Member States to deposit their instruments of ratification with the ILO's Director-General as soon as possible.
