Statute for a European private company

This dossier establishes a statute for a European private company (SPE). The amendments define the cross-border component, registered office and central administration, the minimum capital requirement, articles of association, the list of shareholders and share transfers, registration including by electronic means, a European register, and employee participation rights governed by Member State law.
