Health and safety at work: workers who are pregnant, have recently given birth or are breastfeeding

Legislative proposal amending a directive on the safety and health at work of pregnant workers and workers who have recently given birth or are breastfeeding. The amendments address the duration of maternity leave, its relationship with parental leave, paternity leave, protection from long working hours and overtime, care of disabled children, surrogate motherhood, child care, and legal protection of victims of discrimination.
