Summary
A consultation procedure on the European Judicial Network, on the initiative of several Member States. Amendments require contact points to have sufficient resources, set out their role as intermediaries facilitating judicial cooperation against serious crime, periodic meetings, training in cooperation with the European Judicial Training Network, the tasks of national correspondents, and a secure telecommunications network with defined minimum technical equipment.
